The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. Using Zendesk rather than another system allows you to operate in a FedRAMP-compliant manner. Military Design Source can help guide you through the FedRAMP authorization process.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and multiple factors – including customer availability, team size, and project complexity – will help determine the length of an implementation. Given the scope of a project, implementation can take anywhere from one to three months, in general.
System migration can be a bit more complicated than implementing a new system from scratch. Generally, migrating from one system to another can take 2-4 months.
