DELIVERY
Each military facility has a corresponding German mailing address. If you can provide us with that address, we can have your order mailed to your military facility.
We are located in Kaiserslautern, Germany. You can pick-up your order during our regular business hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm
Friday: 9 am – 3 pm
Please call or email us in advance to let us know when you plan to stop by so we can make sure that everything is ready for you to pick up.
Shipping to one German mailing address is always included in our price. If your order needs to be shipped outside of Germany or with express delivery, please let us know and we will be able to give you a special quote.
The delivery time depends on the print product your order. If you have an urgent print request, you can always order express delivery for a small extra charge.
DESIGN & PRINT
We will be happy to help you layout your project. We can create a design based on your ideas or come up with our own creative design which is based on your target group and fits the overall look of your corporate image.
You are welcome to send us print-ready files for your project. Please contact us in advance to ask for the special file requirements (size, bleed, folding lines etc.) before you submit your files. Before your project will be printed, we will check your files again and make adjustments if needed.
You can submit the following high resolution file formats: PDF, JPG, TIF
Requirements for print ready files may change depending on your print project in terms of bleed, spacing, folding line etc., however general requirements are the following:
Resolution: 300 dpi
Color mode: CMYK
Color: Black font or elements need to be 100% Black and should not contain any other colors such as cyan, magenta or yellow
Before your project will be printed, we will send you a final proof by email. You can take another close look at all the content and make final changes if needed. Once you send us your written approval (by email), the files will be sent to the printer.
Printing your project in an American standard size would be a custom order. Most American standard sizes convert well into German standard sizes, and may slightly vary in size. In order to give you the best value for your money, we can help match the size of your project to the closest German standard size.
PAYMENT
In general we do accept VAT forms. Please contact us for details.
We accept credit cards and government purchase cards as long as they are VISA or MASTERCARD. Please feel free to contact us anytime in case you have questions.

For design/print projects we need to know the following information:
- Do you need help with the design or submitting a print-ready file?
- Size
- Number of pages
- Black & White or full-color printing
- Prefered paper (we will be happy to advise you)
- Finishing (folds etc.)
- Quantity
- Deadline
We usually do a quick consultation on the phone to also find out a little bit more about your unit/squadron or organization, your target group and the purpose of your project. With this information, we can better advise you on the choice of paper, processing etc.
We do our very best to send you your custom price quote as quickly as possible. For standard requests we usually have a turnaround time of 24 hours, for special requests this may change.
Your custom price quote will be valid 4 weeks from the date of issue.
Your next steps: If you accept our offer, please send us your written approval by email. We will start processing your order and contact you with further information.
PROJECTS
Each project is different and therefore also the time it takes to design it. After a short consultation we will give you a rough estimate on the timeline.
The turnaround time also depends on how fast we can get the needed information from our customers, how quickly they respond to our emails, and how many changes they have. We do our very best to have a quick turnaround.
The print production depends on the product you order. For standard projects printing can take 3-6 business days. If you order a project in a custom size, with spot colors, special finishing etc., printing may take longer. Express printing is being offered for some products in case you are in a hurry. Please let us know in advance so we can send you a custom price quote.
Each website project is different and therefore the time it takes to finalize a website is different, too. After a short consultation we will give you a rough estimate on the timeline. Depending on how small or big the website project is, the turnaround time may take 3 to 12 weeks.
